I have had many dogs over the years and dealt with many Groomers also. I have tried at least 90% of them all located here in Winnipeg. If you are looking for a clean, decent, place to get your dog's haircut then you found the right place. Doesn't matter where you live in Wpg...the drive to Becca's shop in the far east of Transcona is well worth it! I have had so many Groomer's completely ignore my requests when I brought my dogs to them. One Groomer even hurt my Cocker-Spaniel by cutting up her neck really bad requiring a very costly Vet bill on my part. I had a Poodle once that was tramatized at another place and was never the same after that. I can say that Becca listens to what you want done and takes very good care of your dog. She is also very friendly....which is a lot more than I can say for some other Groomers out there. That alone goes a long way. Some of the more expensive and snooty places gave the worst cuts and horrible service! Becca is a Groomer that actually does a great job and is a nice person to boot! I will never visit another Groomer for as long as Grooming by Becca is in business. Her prices are ALSO THE BEST!!!! I used to spend over $100 just for my Cocker-Spaniel to get shaved down to nothing and no fancy cut at all. Becca charges HALF THAT!!!

We take our 24 year old cat to Susan's and they do an excellent job of trimming her claws quickly without a fuss from the cat. If you knew our cat, you would understand just how amazing this feat is. I strongly recommend this groomer to any and everyone with any type of pet.

The Manager was the personification of courtesy & extremely friendly. The clothing is exquisite. I have a number of contact allergies & find hemp & bamboo even more comfortable than soft cotton - all of which were available in various styles & most sizes. What's not to like?

Total:Who We AreHeart Beat Inc. was started in 1984 as a small training company offering First Aid and CPR courses. The two principal owners were Elsie Edwards and Marilyn Hunter. We started part time out of our homes and grew to the point of needing a real office at Smith and Broadway. Elsie eventually sold her half of the company to Richard Bevan and after a few more years, Marilyn Hunter purchased the other half to become sole owner of Heart Beat Inc.At the time, we needed Recording Resusci Anne's for instructor programs and they kept needing adjustments. We then offered two in-services on manikin maintenance and repair and brought in a specialist Tom Richardson from Wellesley Hospital as the instructor. Our new repair service was created and many facilities grew to know us as 'the Annie Repair Depot'. The natural growth direction for us was to become distributors for CPR Manikins. That product line eventually expanded to include Emergency, Nursing and Medical Training products.Five years went by, the clientele grew, and the parcel service expanded to a small office/training room in southwest Winnipeg.
