I have been most impressed with their product quality and diversity {especially the Crystal friends ?} of products, for such a tiny store.
The Manager/Owner on Mondays is so friendly and helpful, even whilst training new staff, and she always finds what I need.
The Assistant Manager on Tuesdays has excellent product knowledge and has such a lovely professional and genuinely kind vibe.
I am so WOW'ed that I would give a 7 out of 5; I highly recommended them!

I am not sure how realistic the other reviews are. But as a person who has been to many different salons. This is by far one of my favorites. It is a smaller place but the atmosphere is great.
