I have used this shop times over the years and have always been very happy with the service and care I received. I believe they are honest with appraisals and work, and fair with prices. I once owned a FORD that had electrical issues, Ford dealership did not know how to fix their own vehicle. I brought it to Southside and they repaired it for me, no problems. Excellent and honest service. I was rolling the dice taking my car to a service outfit I never used before, but I had two separate problems (both my heating system and AC system) fixed by them with no expensive surprises.
