TOTAL SATISFACTION! My wife and I were in the market for a smaller second car to replace her 2004 Vibe and we started our search on the net, reviewing, pricing and searching the market. We gathered a few brochures, including a couple from the Milton Kia dealership. This is when we met Juan Carlos and his manager Victor and our first impressions were very positive. These gentlemen were respectful, attentive and genuinely helpful. No pressure, just a smile and a desire to be helpful. In the end, we purchased a Kia Soul at a very good price. I had done my homework and JC and Victor met my price without hesitation. I was impressed, not only with their approach, but with the car I purchased, the 5 year warranty, the 5 year road assistance plan, the free oil changes from Milton Kia for 5 years, the 0% financing and no payments for three months. I dealt with the Manager at Milton Ontario Branch. What a terrific experience. Hadac was personable very supportive understanding. He was handling customer service very well when we had a few encounters.
The Manager just cleared things up right away and he made you feel at ease. I would recommend going to Milton Fairstone financial if you credit issues. The Manager assisted my husband and I very supportive. This occurred in 2019 where other workers were not. Fairstone were not approachable.
