I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well. My experience receives a 4 star only because Sarah was delightful to deal with. The male manager at this bank was rude and indifferent. The odd thing about it was, I had no dealings with him only Sarah, but he was dismissive both times he addressed me , not for a banking matter, just for being present in his bank. Guess he saw that I was a TD customer, required to transact at this branch for a specific payment. Sarah you are a doll - the manager needs to go retrain on iterative process!!!
