Most people know what Starbucks does. For those of you that don't they are a great place to go for coffee-based beverages, smoothies, pastries and sandwiches. One of the things Starbucks does well is consistency, most times your favourite beverage is made well and the way you expect it. Let's face facts. Most Starbucks stores are more are less the same but that doesn't mean that they don't have differences. Here's what makes this store different. They are one of few drive thrus in the city and they are a convenient stop on the way into the city. They are not as convenient on the way out of the city but it can be done if you don't mind a circuitous route. The only problem with this store is that I have sometimes had some poor quality with my beverage. This is difficult when you have already continued on your way so i always make sure I take a sip before I pull away.

We are a Turkish Bakery & Cafe that specializes in Baklavas and Boreks, two of the most popular pastries in the world. In addition to that, we make various other scrumptious pastries, all hand crafted using the finest ingredient made available to us. We also make Turkish Pides (A Turkish Take On Pizza), Durums (sandwich wraps) in our homemade bread, and various other appetizers. As for drinks, we have a wide offering of espresso drinks and teas as well as traditional Turkish Drinks such as Turkish Coffee, Turkish Tea, Ayran (A Salted Yogurt Drink), and rich & creamy yogurt based smoothies.
Making good coffee begins months before you walk into our store. Each batch of Arabica beans is tested to make sure it's good enough for Take Five. Our Master Roaster goes looking for the right beans from origin mills around the world. Only those that pass the test are roasted in small batches. Each batch is roasted to the Taste Profile created by our Sommelier- a balance of the 1500 chemical substances found in good coffee. In other words, we're dealing with Coffee Chemistry. Our coffee is clever stuff. What we recognize as 'coffee flavour' is produced by the aroma, rather than the taste. The tongue can only register sweet and bitter. So sensory enjoyment of great coffee comes from the nose. Twenty-five volatile compounds – in concentrations as small as a few parts per trillion – create the delicate perfume of really, really good coffee.
