Kyle has been a tremendous help with our raccoon situation. He arrived promptly and his truck is very discreet. Kyle brought 2 traps, bait, and provided some helpful tips and we trapped 2 raccoons the second night! Kyle came back within a few hours to take the raccoons away. Kyle's pricing is very fair and reasonable, his response is extremely prompt and he is very polite and friendly. Always have all my questions answered when I come in. The owner is knowledgable about the products good at helping you find what you want. There is a $50 membership fee but that goes straight back to you once you purchase something. The website is a good place to start looking for items if you want to bronwse, but the store has much more options. Overall great store and have been coming back for many years now
