I don't know about this lady's experience but my family and I travel very often with Indo Canadian but we never faced any problem and they never give a hard time to their clients. It must be this lady's fault maybe she didn't reserve her seat. just like any other Indian won't LOL!!! Showing up is not a solution, no one is having a dream that you want to travel you have to notify them and reserve it.

I can not say it enough how amazing this company is. The staff are wonderful over the phone and in person. They fit me in no problem and got everything done so fast. The people there are extremely kind and helpful. This is the only place my family goes for their tire needs for all the vehicles. I was having a lot of trouble finding a company that would do lawn service mid-season. I was told a lot of companies were booked up, or would send someone to make an estimate, and they never showed. Finally, I phoned Greener Grass.
The customer service rep I spoke with was very professional. She was able to give me an estimate right away (she looked up my property details online, I believe). She worked out a service plan that suited my needs at a price I felt was very reasonable.
The lawn care people were there the very next day. They were fast, and my lawn looked great. My property is a rental, and my landlord needed to get the yard landscaped -it was terrible. Greener Lawns was not there to landscape, but they still did an amazing job.
There was a problem with my booking, they actually serviced the lawn for a month past when I'd moved out, which I hadn't requested. They corrected the mistake with good grace, or at least how it was applied to my bill... which I really appreciated.
