If you have never been to the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts (my friends call it short: Cooking School), well you have to try it. The restaurant is located just at the entrance to Granville Island.
I went there recently and ordered the following:
Appetizer: Red Beet / Gravad Lox ($9)
Main Course: Lamb Saltimbocca ($19)
Wine:
Hester Creek Okanagan Valley, BC Glass ($8)
This meal was a culinary delight. Pricing is very reasonable in comparison to the big names here in town.

Collage Collage offers 12 week long workshops for children 3-12 years old. These classes are all based on a wide range of artist and their works. Offer special event classes for parties.
Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts (PICA) offers full-time Diploma programs for Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry Arts as well as evening classes, corporate team building programs, catering services, Bistro 101 and Bakery 101.
Patron Art House is located in the Fairview Slopes neighbourhood on the west side of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. We present exhibitions of represented and guest artists monthly.
