PIlates from the Center is an exceptional studio with instructors who certainly know their stuff. I'm been to a few pilates studios trying to find one that made me feel like I was getting my money's worth and I finally found one. Not only do they know what they are doing but they take the time to make you know what you're doing so that you can take pilates into your everyday life.

StretchLab North Shore offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships.
