My son recently (5 days ago) had jaw surgery to correct his underbite by Dr. Chi Tai at the Scarborough Grace Hospital. From the get go with the consultation, to the final consultation, Dr. Tai was thorough in his explanation and took away the qualms of my son and myself. On day of surgery, he finished on time as he estimated and brought me in to see Kyle who was in Phase I of recovery. He showed me where ICU was and was reassuring me that Kyle was doing fine. I just received my hearing aids a week ago and one of them stopped working. I call Alon and he said could I come in and see him in an hour. We went right away and he checked out the hearing aid and found I had a dead speaker. He replaced the speaker for me right there and we were on our way. Before I even purchased them I called him a few time for information and he always took time to explain everything. From start to finish I have been very impressed with his service and also his prices.
