In 1976, Rick Schilling began his financial career in Montreal with a finance company specializing in consumer loans. In 1978, after moving to Ottawa he was offered a position with a large Canadian banking institution. The next 16 years Rick worked within the corporate structure to the position of a senior account manager specializing in Business loans.
