It’s been a year since I slipped on black ice and hobbled into The Spinal Garage. I entered a treatment plan knowing that my condition would not be a quick fix. Within 6 weeks my initial pain was reduced and my mobility increased, both dramatically. Ridgeway Physiotherapy was referred to me by my GP since I am suffereing from arthritis. Cecilia, Helen, Tony and Elizabeth have gone out of their way to put me back on my feet ( literally) and have always been there for me.
During Covid times, they have meticulously followed protocol and made sure all patients are safe.
