I had excellent service from the first consultation through to the completion of our our dream pool. For our pool we wanted 10' of water in the deep end for diving, other companies that quoted for us would only do a shallower lap pool. The overall size was 20' wide by 43' long and it was the best thing we have done for our family; especially over the long hot summers and during the pandemic when everything was closed we could still swim with out children. I was disappointed to see Shopper's Drug Mart close and at first was very skeptical that IDA would be able to get to this level of service. I am pleased to see how far they have come!

I cannot say enough about the people at Safe Guard, Windsor! We moved to the area in March and part of our agreement was to have monitoring through Safe Guard, I was skeptical. From the first interaction, it has been amazing! Every person I have talked to is wonderful, happy, helpful and efficient. Their prices are beyond fair. We have had 3 minor service calls (2 were our fault) since installation and it's never an issue.
