We have been dealing with Faulkner's for over 40 years and just recently purchased a new fridge and hood fan. Service was excellent as always and price competitive. to my home to repair my Bosch dishwasher. After talked with them, they told me it is not my dishwashers problem and the problem is my drainage pipe. They told me how to fixed it and I did as they told me. The problem was solved and cost me zero penny.

Answered my email question within an hour. "Guesstimate" to replace dryer element was +/- $200.00. Booked a time window, was at my home right at the end of the window. Very friendly. Abbi found loose wires, no need for element. Service call was 1/2 the estimate. Running like new. Highly recommend.
