Established in 2017, Rain City was created by founding principals Brett Jeffrey and Kerry Donnelly to provide professional tenant improvements resources to the industrial markets. Our architectural portfolio has grown to include a broad spectrum of project types since the inception of our practice in 1984. The firm is based in Delta, B.C. with completed work located throughout the Lower Mainland to Vancouver Island, Northern B.C. and Washington State.
