I have been going to J. Max mechanical exclusively for over 25 years. When I purchased a new Civic in 2006, I skipped the dealership's mechanical section and stayed with J. Max. I'm a woman and all the staff are respectful. They don't talk down to me or over my head. I've had four vehicles taken care of by Kendall's, never once did I feel like I was being overcharged or had work done that wasn't needed. In fact, I was given a general idea of what was upcoming in the next 6–12 months as far as maintenance was concerned.
One of the vehicles, it was suggested I get rid of it soon, as it was going to be costly to repair and not worth the investment.

I'm on a tight budget and they gave me a great deal there staff are very personable and do there job right and on time...they quoted me with a price go fix my fuel pump and they stuck to it and even had it done early... do if your on a budget and want a bang for your buck I recommend them!!!
