7th and 7th Downtown Calgary is my home branch, which I had to open up in 2008 when I moved there from Ontario, Well I have been back in Ontario for over a year now and had a unfortunate situation with my account. It was truly a out of luck- if by the BOOk thing. BUT a girl; Christian and a young fellow Jeff sorted things out for me, along with some non connected advice that came across as 2 people who actually cared without effort-this, at the branch level, it wasn't one one of those call center services. 2 months ago they had also called me up when my debit card was being used in a manner that was erratic to my history and use, thereby making sure my card was not in the wrong hands.
WELL BOTTOM Line is that with so many things I have had in the NEGATIVE banking thoughts; this Branch Takes the Cake and deserves to be recognized for their people skills, and THEY ALWAYS HAD Coffee available, sometimes even donuts.
