I took my mom here for a mom & daughter pedicure and La Luna is a really lovely place. The atmosphere is very calm, and the technicians were awesome. The setting is beautiful and it is well-designed to avoid the business of the plaza outside. The nail polishes they offer do not have the 'toxic trio' of nasty ingredients and there are no fumes. This is not a cheap, busy, fast-paced nail place, its a getaway in the city.
