I can't say enough of how wonderful it is to shop here. I have been shopping here since its inception, and all the staff, I mean all the staff are a wonderful team of individuals who are always eager to help and go the extra mile. This is one if not the best place in Ottawa to shop. Starting from the Beauty Boutique, the Manager, her assistant and everyone else is top notch, experienced and knowledgeable. The maternity ward here is outstanding. The doctors and nurses really do their jobs well, even going well beyond what you would expect in a hospital. We made the trip out there from Ottawa for both of our children because they were so good

I have been staying at the Business Inn for over 3 weeks, and it has been a great experience. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help - even with unusual requests. The rooms are very comfortable, and having a PC in the room has been great since it's also my office. The kitchen has all the essentials (even a coffee grinder) and the beds are also very comfortable.

Needed a peculiar battery for my Garmin Vivofit.. when it was not on the display board the man looked out back and found it!!
As a 68 year old widow I was intimidated by changing the battery and did not have the proper tool. He completely looked after it for me. It was a small purchase but huge to me in terms of service. Highly recommend this shop for all your battery needs.
