Along with a wide range of fresh, seasonal meats, poultry and game from the outstanding local farms like Polderside, Sloping Hills and Pemberton Meadows, Big Lou's Butcher Shop will offer a wide range of made in house items like sausages, dressings, cures, marinades and pickled vegetables.
