Roy at Avis in Kingston Ontario provided some of the best customer service that I have experienced in ages. My travel reservation agent booked the wrong Kingston location and the wrong drop off location. When Roy realized this, he came and picked me up at the incorrect location, drove me back to my meetings, and then personally went and found a vehicle that would meet my needs, and dropped it to my work to make it easier for me to depart on time. I get my car serviced here - always good work, always helpful e.g. share info., give recommendations but do not up sell. When I walk in, dogs are allowed and are given a treat as they leave. I always find what I want at this store e.g. a holly bush at the garden center when no one else had one.

The very angry comment that has been posted is surely an anomaly. We shop at this Loblaws frequently and find it has a great selection of goods, friendly service, and, yes, easy parking. Its one of my favourite grocery stores.
