Roy at Avis in Kingston Ontario provided some of the best customer service that I have experienced in ages. My travel reservation agent booked the wrong Kingston location and the wrong drop off location. When Roy realized this, he came and picked me up at the incorrect location, drove me back to my meetings, and then personally went and found a vehicle that would meet my needs, and dropped it to my work to make it easier for me to depart on time. I had the pleasure of having an associate named Heather assist me. I had to return 2 products that were spoiled..I did not have my receipt. I called the 1-800 No Frills help line, and they told me it was at the discretion of the store if I could get it replaced, without additional cost....Heather was exceptional. Came to this store from out of town with a coolant issue. They were really busy but took the time to ask me what was wrong and offered for me to bring my car in to have a look at it but couldn't guarantee they could fix it right away. In a couple of hours they had fixed the problem and very reasonably as well. FANTASTIC customer service at this location.
