They don't leave you enough room to tell ur story. Bottom line, I had a complaint. The manager dealt with it in an exemplary fashion, and then, continued to go above and beyond. I had the rack of Lamb. It was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. There are limited options in this neck of the woods. It's a bit pricier than the average place around here. But, the meals are worth it. I'm leaving as a very satisfied customer. I will be back.

Very please with the exhausting efforts the lady made to get the red dry off my white top from a red faux suede blazer. She came in on her day off to do everything she could to get the red dye out. Her efforts paid off and I couldn’t be more pleased. I am able to wear my beautiful top again. Thank you so much and Merry Christmas to you ;) I highly recommend your company. Huge thank you to both Roxanne and my mail carrier, currently stuck at home in isolation waiting for my code from EI. Mailbox was broken into and can’t go to the post office to get the new keys. Roxanne quickly came up with a solution to get me my new keys and arranged for my mail to be delivered to my home while I’m in isolation.

Great owners. Doing a great job. Had my first complaint today since the store opened. The young man who was cashing on till #1 did a terrible job packing my groceries today April 14th at about 11:30 a.m. Every jar, can ,cartons of milk and cream was laying on its side. No thought put into the packing. To rushed.
