I have enjoyed the comfort and friendly atmosphere here! The staff are always willing to help in all areas and I find are very knowledgeable in what they are doing. The front desk girls are smiling and very pleasant with either a booking or helping you with your glasses decisions. Someone here had sold me the wrong size printer cartridge, when I went back to return it without the receipt they gave me store credit. Being stubborn i wanted my money back so I went to my house to find the original receipt. Although I had bought the product more than 1 month ago the staff there made accommodations for me so that I could get back what I felt I deserved. All in all, I wasn't the easier customer of the day but not once did they make me feel like my issues weren't valid. Thanks!!

Thank you to the amazing staff at Canadian National Vanlines , I moved my elderly mother from Toronto to be closer to her family in Ottawa, our time restrictions made planning this move very difficult, but Hanna and the other girl (not sure of her name) worked it out for me.
