From day 1 since this pharmacy (Dominion,Blackmarsh Rd,) opened, we have had nothing but the best of service. Courteous, friendly and regardless of their high pace they always take time to provide advice should we need it. In the meantime, we will always give them sufficient notification when we require. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea in 2013 and had to get 3 quotes for my insurance company for a CPAP machine. Horizon Aire is the company I went with based on their prompt service and knowledgeable support staff.
Then, last month my CPAP machine stopped working correctly and was past its 3 year warranty. Horizon Aire contacted the manufacturer to push for a new replacement machine which I received the next day. These folks really do know what excellent customer service is all about!
