Then we hand stretch the dough on our wooden pizza peel. The ingredients we use are fresh and purchased from local farmers and suppliers. The pizza is then charred in our ovens that reach an optimal cooking temperature of 700 degress. Our sauce and Italian sausage is all made in house.
