I went to Kal Tire after getting a flat tire and being unable to remove one of the bolts on the tire. Kal Tire was able to service the vehicle in a very reasonable amount of time and the cost was VERY affordable! Extremely great customer service, everyone was really nice and friendly. They also offer a great follow up service to make sure that the tire change went well and the vehicle is in driving condition. I would 10/10 recommend this location to anyone looking for a vehicle service. Thanks!

We recently went on a trip to Africa and got a bunch of our supplies from MEC including mosquito nets, sleeping bags, quick dry and wicking clothes, hiking boots etc. There was a great girl working there that had just been to Africa and gave us a preview of what we could expect. We were on vacation in Victoria when our service engine light came on. Since it is a Mini Cooper we needed a mechanic who knows how to work on European cars. The Mini dealer was booked but Frank’s got us in the next day! He diagnosed the problem and fixed it that day. Excellent service for a very reasonable price. We can now drive home safely. Thanks!
