We had the privilege of having twisted forks cater our son's wedding in Christina lake October 10,2010 it was professionally presented with the most delictable menu ever. Niel and his staff were so awesome.this was an outdoor wedding . The food was hot and served on time. The desserts were out of this world. He even went beyond our cater order and made us a midnight lunch from food left over . It was even more tasty. I would give him a ten plus on a scale of one to ten. hiriing him again

The Spolumbo's Story is a modest and simple one. It's a story of three first generation Italian-Canadian boys who grew up in traditional Italian families.
