Chef Johnny takes pride in preparing daily features to compliment the season. All of our menu and daily features are made fresh to order, it allows our Chef to add or subtract ingredients upon customer requests. Thus we are able to accommodate most allergens. Chef Johhny began his career in the town of Brindisi, Italy. He was Head Chef at well known restaurants in Toronto, Canada, Munich, Germany and Melbourne, Australia.
