I read several of the comments written and realize they must be of a personal nature....not from someone writing a mature restaurant review. I heard of the recent changes and change is good!! We offer 2 different options. We can either roast and serve the entire pig for you and provide the typical fixins' for a pig roast feast or simply do the cooking. We pride ourselves on roasting our pigs low and slow until the meat falls off the bone. If you don't have the time to devote or simply want to enjoy your guests then leave it to us!
