I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

I have the highest regard for this gentleman/business. He is definitely a master at his craft. He’s super busy, but worth the wait. When I first arrived in Cobourg, I wanted to make sure my Mother’s Grandfather clock was in good working order. Unfortunately, another “clock man” in Cobourg did more harm than good. Because the store is overloaded with merchandise it's challenging to know where, what you need is. I usually I find an employee or especially the manager who seems to know where everything is, and she is VERY willing to help. Terry.
