Short term and longer term services are available depending on your needs and problems. Sessions are typically weekly or bi-weekly to start and usually 60 minutes long (including any required paperwork). Together we decide the best course and plan for you. My approach is collaborative and draws from various theories of practice to allow me to better meet your counselling therapy needs, including Client-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural, Solution Focused, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Family Systems, Relational Cultural, Narrative, & Mindfulness Practice.

Our office policy is 'COMMITMENT TO CARING' during all aspects of your visit with us. We cater to special needs, including phobias and extensive medical problems. Our pre-operative team will ensure that, as a patient, you are well informed about financial and insurance options. We donate 10% of our revenue back into the communities on Vancouver Island. We also believe in 'RANDOM ACTS OF KINDNESS' on a routine basis to avoid patient hardship. Dr. Conradi works as a maxillofacial surgeon with full privileges at the Comox and Campbell River hospitals. If required, your treatment will be done in a hospital setting according to MSP guidelines. During your care in our office you will be in the hands of our surgical team with its philosophy of 'GENTLE TOUCH'. Your procedure will be done under deep sedation in our fully accredited ambulatory clinic. A certified staff member will be at your side during all aspects of your care to ensure that your needs are fully met. Upon your discharge detailed verbal and written instructions will be given to assist you with a speedy recovery
