All our eye exams were comprehensive and detailed. The staff seamlessly moved us through the process while explaining every step of the way and answered all our questions. I left the exam with a clear understanding of our eye care recommendations and wasn't pressured into buying glasses like some other places. The staff was attentive and helpful finding us glasses and teaching my eldest child how to properly put in his contacts. As a potential customer I was greeted with enthusiastic sales people that were passionate about riding and not appearing to close a sale. The first person to approach me was Ryan (it was written on his shirt) who educated me on some phenomenal road bikes and then Big Dave who convinced me that I need a Freeride Bike for the summer. They tell me that they have 4,000 bikes on the floor at one time. A great retail experience and I will be back. I can honestly say that this is the only bike shop that I felt I needed to take a photo of.

They are very fast to issue you a card with credit on it, if you bring in pre-counted items that are in their original boxes (ie empty beer cans or boxes of empty bottles). otherwise stand in line and wait if there are other folks there.
