Scout Magazine – launched in late 2008 by local writers/photographers Andrew Morrison and Michelle Sproule – is Vancouver's leading food and culture website. Its main objective has been the same from the start: to 'scout out' and promote the things that make Vancouver such a sweet place to be. Breka Bakery & Cafe is a family owned European style bakery that in 2006 took over the very well known Fraser bakery & konditury, which was established in 1963. We made a wide variety of breads and pastries, with our specialty being European style rye breads.
