Steel School range in age from 4 to adult and classes range in level from new beginner through open championship. Since the school opened, dancers have competed and been successful at Regional, National and the International level. The Steel School of Irish Dance is a competitive school.
The point of studying the Arts is to perform! Performing gives students the confidence they need to succeed in a professional career of any kind. Stage experience is available to all performers throughout their training at Dance Expressions, enabling them to develop confidence, poise and stage manners. Our dancers perform at in-studio viewing weeks; bring a friend classes and creative showings during the year. All students taking regular yearly (Sept – June) classes at our studio also participate in our Year End Shows.
Panorama School of Dance Inc. is recognized as a leader in quality performing Arts providing a caring environment, which promotes personal development in areas of dance education, poise, self-confidence, health and fitness. Our training programs are innovatively designed and provide creative and progressive training techniques with qualified dance teachers that will promote artistic growth in each student.
We specialize in Argentine tango in the Fraser Valley, including: - Public lessons in four locations (Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Richmond and Surrey); - Private lessons in our home studio or on location: - Workshops for special groups such as private parties, high schools or seniors; - Milongas and practicas (Argentine tango social dances); - Online information/resources; and - Performances, including guest appearances and full shows.
We offer general and elite training in Ballet, Modern/ Contemporary, Tap, Jazz/ Lyrical, Musical Theatre, Voice, Acting, Hip Hop, and Acrobatics taught by expert and caring instructors under the direction of international performer/ choreographer/ master teacher Cori Caulfield
(Dance) and Doctor of Music, Gina Oh (Voice). Alumni have performing careers including So You Think You Can Dance U.S., world class ballet and contemporary dance companies, Tony Award winning Broadway, Cirque du Soleil, etc.. Performance Training Company programs offer superb breadth training for both the future classical dancer and 'Triple Threat' (singer/ dancer/ actor).
