Many recreational students go on to become competitive students. RAD exams are available for ballet students. Students showcase their achievements by performing in the year-end recital held at Meadowvale Theatre in June.

Joanne Chapman School of Dance (JCSOD), is an independently owned and operated school for dancers with the passion to excel and a basic love of the dance artform. Many JCSOD students have gone on to showcase their talents in the community and around the world.
The Academy offers classes in Ballet, Ballet Sculpt, Pointe, Contemporary, Jazz, Hip Hop Lyrical, Tap, Acrobatic, Salsa and Musical Theatre. We offer adult dance classes in Ballet Sculpt, Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop Salsa and Tap.
