Welcome to Ginga Fitness.Ginga Fitness is a high intensity dance fitness program designed to rip you into shape. This hot hour-long, full body workout takes its inspiration from Capoeira – a form of Brazilian martial arts, and blends in dance moves from genres like hip hop, Latin, house, salsa, and soca. Each session mixes the best and most addicting music and moves with this style of martial arts for one heart-pounding routine.

Established in 1999, this year we celebrate 15 years of nurturing young dancers in their passion for dance and performance.
