The plumber arrived EARLIER than expected (also called before arriving), knew the problem right away and was out of there within 30 min. Also explained the problem and taught me a couple things! Just got back from my dental appointment, and, wow, the staff sure know how to put a person at ease. Going to the dentist has always been stressful for me, but I left the office with a smile. They gave me fantastic advise and instruction on how to make my dental care easier. The Dental Hygienist that worked on me kept me so amused that I didn't break into my annoying nervous panic.
