Currently I'm doing renovations around my house. Got a bit overwhelmed about the mess and decided to call Rid Of It. The guys are super nice and accommodating. My husband was away and I didnt really understood their pricing. So once they guys saw the pile they pretty much did a breakdown of the charges and explained why the heaviness affected the price. These guys were a Godsend. When nobody else would take on my extra long dryer vent, these folks did a wonderful job. They showed up on time with the right equipment, did very good work cleaning a problematic duct, and even did additional repairs to improve the venting system at no additional cost like addition a vent cover and replacing tubing. Very helpful over the phone on initial discussion about bin sizes, rates, etc. Prompt / on-time delivery of a good condition bin with no driveway damage. During bin use, we had a question. Immediately answered with a phone call. Called for bin pick-up and this occurred within about an hour. Final invoice was clearly explained, cost was reasonable and in-line with the original discussion.
