The owner first aim is always to please his customers. He is MOST accommodating. If you don't see a product you're looking for in his store, talk to him about it. As was in my case, he'll happily order it for you. He even gave me two items of the product when it came in as a complimentary for steering him to the product. The Ricotta Lasagna is very good. Great taste. The stuffed peppers with sausage meat are the best. But you only get 3 halves per package. Roman Cheese products are easy to prepare and great tasting.
