I was renovating older home and found out I had asbestos. I contacted STM Demolition and spoke to Santiago who was very experienced and patient with all my questions. I was assured everything would be done to code and the work properly done the first time. Santiago assured me that the house would be asbestos free when they completed the work. The air quality result came back with a very good reading, well below the recommended guideline. I am very pleased with the work STM Demolition did.
