Children 4 and up are encouraged to come in and try a fun-fillled class of Kung Fu training.Recreational KickboxingParticipation in our recreational kickboxing program gives you a total body workout. Kickboxing in our sparring ring, on-going development of techniques, developing your endurance through bag work, complimented with the use of our weights ensures an all-round work out. Fire Fly Stables is a riding academy, dedicated to the well being of the horse and rider. We work with each as an individual and as a team. Specializing in lessons and training for the beginner and advanced riders. Our coaching and training is both supportive, and competitive.
