Job Responsibilities:
. Prepare Plans/drawings for projects and update as-built drawings using AutoCAD and Microsurvey
. Perform necessary calculations, field measurements, etc. to ensure accuracy in drawings
. Operate computer-assisted design (AutoCAD) and drafting workstations
. Advanced organizational skills with the ability.

Additionally, we provide optional 24 hour monitoring of the Building Automation System alarms. At any one time, we have experienced controls technicians on duty to provide repair services. A large percentage of our customer base is educational and multiple tenant residential.
