We hired Lloyd to build a sun room on the back of the house. Lloyd gave us various proposals to review. Even after finding the old roof need replacement, Lloyd adjusted the scope of work to stay within our budget. The crew work quickly and were respectful of our home. I have known Lloyd from his days in the commercial construction. His honesty, straight approach and building knowledge is why I hired his company. Will be looking for Lloyd to come back for the next project.

We bought a older house in the Oromocto area and needed some asbestos floor tile removed. They came in took it out and laid a new floor no time at all, The clean-up was amazing did not leave even dust. Then came back the next day to blow insulation in the attic. Very good monetary quote the best of 5 businesses we had......BEST PRICE AND BEST JOB CAN'T GET BETTER THAN THAT...

I hired Dwanye and his crew for a simple job. The work was excellent, so much so that, I have hired him for several more jobs. He has renovated my basement, bathroom, my office and lunchroom. Price was fair, staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They are very accommodating. I have them scheduled for more renos on my office and my home again as soon as they are free. We wanted to built a screened gazeebo and we had a few quotes. All of them were very pricy (well over our bbudget). We called EES contractor and he came like right away (within the next few hours). We had a quote and it was within our budget. Like more than 40 % off the other quotes! The crew came and did all the work as needed. The lot was clean before and when they left everything was clean too. They were very flexible even when we change some last minute mesurements. Awesome job guys!
