Alexwe're working on a fun science project at Wintergreen Studios this summer. In the interest of tallying and identifying all the species of plants on our land, we're constructing a herbarium. A herbarium is essentially a library of plants, a vast collection that catalogs the species composition in our surrounding area. She was the owner of the tremendously popular boutique in downtown Kingston, Novellino for almost 10 years. In 2007 Tammy's store was featured in the Treasures of Ontario book as one of the places to shop in Kingston and in 2009 she was nominated for the JCI Young Entreprenuer of the Year Award. She was the creator and Co-Chair of the massively successful Princess St Promenade event in Downtown Kingston in 2010 and served on 2 committees at the DBIA (Downtown Business Improvement Association). Tammy has directed and styled for numerous fashion shows, photoshoots and special events and has spoken at the prestigous Queen's Business Forum on the Fashion Industry with other speakers such as Harry Rosen, from the luxurious Harry Rosen stores, and Stacey McKenzie from Canada's Next Top Model.
