When we moved to Athens we were not sure who would know anything about the Baxi Boiler our radiant heating system has, but Rick Hurlbert at Inter-Climate is the Boiler Whisperer. He had it apart, cleaned and running great in no time. He even inspected our propane tanks and piping and noticed our gas pressure was low, so he set that too. Everything works great! They now look after all our maintenance and repairs. Skilled Technicians, no doubt about it !

I recently started an online order to purchase a new washer. I contacted Brandon at the Brockville, Ontario store to change the order from delivery to pick up. Brandon was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He made the necessary changes, sent a confirming email, and offered further assistance. I have never had such professional, courteous attention from a company’s customer service representative! I give Brandon five stars and the Brick should give him a promotion and a raise!

With my husband, we have been patients of Dr. Rodriguez for over 10 years and it always has been a very positive and pleasant experience. I live in Kingston, and I am happy to take the one hour trip to get to her dental office. She is a wonderful professional and a lovely person.
