They have the best warranty on their frames you can find anywhere. They replaced my kids broken glasses handles and a entire frame that our dog chewed without charging us. When we are going to daycare and I tell my dog that she runs and gets her leash and is ready to go. They are great people, they love all the animals and take a lot of care while baby-sitting them.
