After signing consent forms for various procedures, he will sit next to you and read each point, further elaborate, and then ensure understanding. Kelly arrived to install our new kitchen sink, as a part of a kitchen counter replacement. He was fast & efficient; sink looks great! We asked him to return to run a water line to our (relatively new) refrigerator: the ice maker had never been connected to a water supply. It was a complicated job, made more difficult by the lack of info in the Samsung installation manual! Done like dinner by Kelly;we know who we're going to call for plumbing services from now on!
