Dr. Soon and all the gals at his office are phenomenal. I have never experienced such superb care as I have at his clinic. After signing consent forms for various procedures, he will sit next to you and read each point, further elaborate, and then ensure understanding. As someone with dentist anxiety, the staff as well as Dr. Soon are very sensitive. They notice clenched hands and fists and will repeatedly check in. He doesn't push product nor shame you into flossing more. They are simply the best!

I spent the past 5 years at a salon where I paid an arm and a leg for a cut and color, I never really noticed what they did when they cut my hair, it always looked the same when I came out (with the exception of my bangs) and the color could be hit or miss. Great service from this company, I called them at 2:30 in the morning because my hot water tank was leaking all over the basement and the gentleman on the phone guided me through draining my tank so it would't cause any damage.
