~Shaggy Parlor's owner Chyrl Chilcott has 8 years of 10 to thirteen dogs per day grooming experience. Chryl has the knowledge to train your dog within the shop for her grooming needs.I would like to tell you how shaggy Parlor is a big part of my life. I received my training in the United States, at the Michigan School Of Canine Cosmetology. The course is a four month course as well as 600 hours hands on. I also attended three days of animal behavior classes at the Chicago dog show, this is one of the best training courses you can take. I also took the Animal First Aid Course in the States as well as in Canada. I could not imagine myself doing anything differently. I love all my little or big furry friends and they have become a big part of my life.The business has taken off and I now have, another groomer on board who has taken a course in Canada and now is under my training. I hope one day when I am ready to retire that will take over the business and keep Shaggy Parlor as her own and care for it as much as I do.We have expanded at Shaggy Parlor and now have a U groom added on, where you can come in and bath your own dog or cat.
